MED-COUNT is easy and ready to use. Just enter the patient’s name, drug name, doctor’s name and other pertinent information on the Patient Drug page. Then start using the columns for the pill by pill count. There is also a section that has been specifically designed for recording of nurses’ signatures for daily or shift change counting of all drug schedules – II, III, IV and V.
